Facilitator’s ABC: Binary

Is either-or a satisfactory choice to engage with something or someone? The food is good. The boss is stupid. The colleague is likeable. The defeat is bitter. It makes life easy. Open the drawer, put something or someone in it, add a judgement: voilĂ  my way to see the world. I wonder if a facilitator can work like that. Participant M: sympathetic. Participant B: unsympathetic. Participant D: slow Participant K: annoying. Participant G: sympathetic. That was easy. And how does a facilitator work then? How does a person work with people, if he allows himself to find them unsympathetic or annoying?
