What is Experience Design?
Experience Design is the practice of designing products, processes, services, events, journeys and environments for people according to clearly defined experience criteria. These criteria are determined by the experience provider and could be positively constructive, pleasantly irritating or disturbingly horrifying. The challenge is that, with body, mind, soul and heart, a person should experience what the provider has commissioned and the designers have aimed for.
