The company is a leading global manufacturer of standard software, services and solutions. His name appears on my phone bill with a monthly amount for a service I purchased. I would like to cancel this service. The number that appears on my phone bill only gives me a busy signal when I call. The reception of the German head office refers me to a number where only a telephone menu with a variety of options is available. Once you have precisely localised your request by entering the correct numbers, a friendly voice on the phone tells you to solve your problem online and hangs up. If you then try to call the switchboard again, you are put on hold and after a short while the connection is automatically interrupted. What a customer experience!
